    Found this on the South Florida Miata Owners Group Facebook page

    For anyone looking to properly build a boosted Miata and doesnít want to spend all the required $$$, I have a complete package. The engine is a built 1999 BP 1.8. Itís got Supertech Pistons 1 MM Oversized. Wiseco rings gapped for boosted applications. ARP MAIN, head, and rod studs. Manley rods. Brand new MSM intake cam. Cometic head gasket. Boundry stage two oil pump from FAB 9, new race timing belt with water pump, idler and tensioner. Head has 1 mm oversized exhaust inconel valves a stainless intake valves. Head work was done in local machine shop. Engine is brand new.
    Also have a complete TDR Supercharger kit which I removed from my car with less than 2K miles on it. Car was a 1999 with AC and power steering. Plus a Torsen out of an MSM with the heavier duty axles.
    Complete package for $ 6300.00
    I have $9800.00 tied up in it.

    Why buy that for that price when you could buy a whole NB1 Miata?

    What do you think a build like that cost? The supercharger alone is $4000.00 new. I think if you are serious about building a high performance bullet proof motor its a bargain.

    Yeah, you have a good point. I wish I had that kind of money to play with. If I did, I’d have a whole Miata in my garage.
