    Mario Brass hammer

I heard MinuteMan had one so not to let that go, I had to get one for myself. Brass hammers can get super expensive ($100+) but I found a good deal on Amazon for one perfect for my needs. I guess they’re intended for industrial use near volatile gasses because they do not cause a spark.

I wanted one to use for breaking free ball joints on control arms as the brass is softer than a regular hardened-steel hammer when banging on cast aluminum parts.

Mine has a tough, composite handle that will never break and has the right length for working in a wheel well. I’m not sure how much it weighs but it sure feels hefty!
