    Re: Formula 1 - 2019

I was preoccupied with Formula 3 driver Alex Peroni going 20ft airborne from a track flaw before an F1 race.

With my TV service, I only get practice and actual race in real time. If I get up at 4am, I can watch qualifying. ESPN sucks.

Yes I watch the replay of Alex Peroni's accident. He was lucky the car became airborne and landed on the fence, if it had flipped end over end he would have suffered serious injuries. I'm glad the bump was not replaced.

What do you think, are they trying to repair his brain, to help him improve his verbal communication? Some of the latest articles on stem cell research talk about using stem cells to repair damage organs.

It’s really fascinating stuff. He’s in Paris right now undergoing the experimental procedure. I would jump for joy if he can sit up and talk one day. Think of the implications for others suffering the same condition.

I know they are treating young children with curtain types of blood bourn cancer using stem cell from young sibling(s) that are extracted from bone marrow.

Not in this American Taliban country, haha! That’s why breakthrough advances in medicine happen everywhere else but here due to immoral minority.

My wife is currently the only person in the world receiving the treatment she receives, for her specific situation. Her primary oncologist/researcher is an Italian woman, her treatment organizer is a Chinese woman, and it's all taking place at Duke University. I think breakthrough medicine is a worldwide partnership.

I am very happy for your wife. It sounds like she stands to benefit greatly from such collaboration. We’re all human and we all want to live so nothing can be more important than collaborating to find cures for cancer and Alzheimer’s to name a couple. I think stem cell research, DNA splicing and nanotechnology will be mankind’s next greatest achievements.
