    I don't really have any firm plans yet, just considering options. There are centrifugal and rotrex options. I actually had a centrifugal blower on an S2000 around 2006. They make good power, but its all up top and I like having a boost control option with a turbo rather than needing to swap pulleys on a blower.

    Realistically these are all just wild dreams at the moment. I'm just focusing on dialing in what I have. Unless something just falls in my lap I don't expect it'll see forced induction anytime soon and a final drive swap would likely be instead of FI rather than doing both.

    Thanks guys, I keep meaning to post some better content together, but nasty weather and extreme laziness are holding me back. The car pops and gurgles on deceleration like crazy when downshifting at higher rpms. I love it, but I'm sure it's melting my muffler so I've been trying to lean out that part of the fuel map and it seems to be getting quieter.

    Several miata friends came up to hit the dragon and do some sight-seeing last weekend. We had a great time driving. I got a video chasing a NA, and him giving me all I can handle.



    I went out again Friday night and made some runs as well. Vtec comes from 6000-9000 rpms in stock form, I've dropped mine to 4800 for now but low/mid range power is definitely hurting me coming out of corners.

    Even at 4800rpm vtec point theres still a noticeable bump in power. I did some research and 3500-4000 seems to be the sweet spot for power. I dropped crossover to 4000, and going to give that a try.

    All that spirited driving seems normal until you come up on regular traffic where it feels like you could get out and walk up to their cars to ask them to speed up a little!

    You're so right! I drive it and feel like I'm flying, then watch the video and it looks super slow.

    I lowered vtec yesterday and tried it at 3500 and 4000 rpms. I'm planning to leave it at 4000 for my next run and see how that helps.

    I ordered a shift beeper too that you can set to beep at a given rpm. I think I end up short shifting 2nd most of the time, that should help keep the revs up without getting into the limiter.
